Refund policy

• We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may raise a return request.

• Return Window: Within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please email us at (vaarijaawan.accessories@gmal.com) with your Order ID, reason for return, and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: The video must show the product from all angles and clearly highlight the damage. Requests without sufficient evidence will not be accepted.

• Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment used at checkout. (No cash refunds.)

• If multiple items are purchased, only the damaged items will be eligible for return.

• Combo Products: Individual items from a combo cannot be returned separately.

• Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
